Offline writing and read-only mode

Prepare your project while connected before writing offline. Paid offline editing lasts through the last confirmed paid-through date plus 48 hours. The editor shows when you need to reconnect to verify your subscription. A trial's offline access ends at its trial expiry; Free accounts retain their applicable plan permissions.

After the deadline, your draft remains available to read, copy and download from Draft recovery. Reconnecting checks your account, plan, project access and document version before saving. If another copy changed, review the conflict before replacing either version. A device-clock change or unavailable local storage can also require verification.

Keep this browser's local data until your draft is saved or downloaded. Signing out or clearing browser storage can remove unsynced writing. See the draft Commercial and AI Credit Terms.
