Choose your sign-in method

You can sign in with a confirmed AuctorFolio email and password, or with a Microsoft account. If your organization does not permit Microsoft app access, use email sign-in. Matching addresses are never silently merged into a second account.

  1. For email sign-in, use your confirmed address and password. Use Forgot password if you need a reset link.
  2. If you already have a Microsoft-linked AuctorFolio account but cannot use Microsoft sign-in, use Forgot password with its confirmed email. The verified recovery link lets you add an email password to that same account.
  3. For Microsoft sign-in, use the Microsoft account previously connected to AuctorFolio.
  4. If you received an invitation, sign in with the address it was sent to.

Identify the access problem

Signing in and having access to a particular project are separate checks. Support does not need your password, reset link or authentication token.

  1. Confirm that you signed in with the intended account and method.
  2. For an invitation, use the account it was addressed to.
  3. If project access is missing, ask its owner to review your access.
  4. If you still need help, report the screen, approximate time and visible error in your support case.
