Keep access explicit

Each collaborator uses their own account. Access depends on the project's grants and current plan entitlement. Collaboration access does not transfer the owner's AI credits.

  1. Invite the intended account and choose the access it needs.
  2. Ask the recipient to accept while signed in with that account.
  3. Review or revoke access when the work changes.

Editorial feedback

An eligible editor uses their own available credits for an editorial request. A strictly AI-free project prevents AI processing for everyone, including collaborators.
