Prepare before disconnecting
Use Make project available offline while connected and wait for its completion status. Offline availability depends on this browser's retained local storage. Clearing site data or changing browser profiles can remove local copies. AI feedback and account or billing operations require a connection.
- Open the project and choose Make project available offline.
- Check the preparation result before disconnecting.
- Reconnect to synchronize pending changes, and verify saved status.
Protect a pending draft
A browser-local draft is not confirmation of a server save. If another revision conflicts, compare the versions and choose deliberately rather than assuming a retry will overwrite the server.
- Open Recovery and verify the document and saved time.
- Copy irreplaceable pending text to a separate safe file.
- Resolve the conflict after comparing the available revisions. Contact support if recovery still fails.
