Choose the right place

Community discussions are public. Your display name appears with a topic or reply; posting never shares a project automatically. Use private support for account, payment, or manuscript details.

  1. Open Community to read the available forums.
  2. Sign in with a confirmed account to start a discussion or reply.
  3. Use Private support when the information should not be public.

Follow, answer, and report

Following shows new replies to discussions you follow. The question author can mark a helpful reply as the accepted answer. Reports and staff moderation reasons are private to community staff.

  1. Choose Follow discussion to find later replies.
  2. If you asked a question, mark a reply as the answer when it resolves the issue.
  3. Use Report this post to send a reason privately to staff; reporting does not automatically remove the post.

Understand moderation and account data

Staff may remove a post or hide a discussion when it breaks community rules. A removed post no longer shows its original text to the public. Account export and erasure requests include your community contributions under the account data process; another member’s own contributions remain theirs.

  1. Check the discussion for an updated moderation state.
  2. Use private support if you need help with a report or an account data request.
