Read the cost before requesting feedback

Free accounts do not include AI access. Paid plans may include a monthly allowance, and credit packs are separate purchases. A credit estimate is not the final charge: provider usage determines the settled cost.

  1. Open Billing to inspect the current plan and available credits.
  2. Review the estimate before requesting editorial feedback.
  3. Use the session and billing identifiers if a charge needs investigation.

Reserved and restored credits

Credits are used oldest first. Unused reserved credits are released. If the outcome is indeterminate, restored credits keep their original expiry; restoration does not extend their duration. Included allowances and purchased credits can have different expiry rules.
